1. Agreement to terms

Welcome to SkylineBookings.com (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using this website and related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Who we are / contact

SkylineBookings.com is an online travel content, search, and affiliate referral platform, helping users discover and compare flight options, hotels and vacation home search, travel deals, and related travel services. We also offer the following:

  • White-label flight booking through flights.skylinebookings.com

  • Travel content including destination guides, flight tips, seasonal deals

  • Price comparison, route / schedule information

  • Notifications of last-minute deals, promotional offers

  • Hotels and Vacation Home search with our partner website

We operate globally; the languages in which we provide service, the currencies shown, and the travel inventory can vary depending on your location and partnership agreements.

3. What we provide

Through the Service, we offer:

  • Flight search and comparison: you can enter departure/destination, travel dates & passenger numbers, and compare flight options.

  • White-label flight booking: redirecting or integrating with our partner booking platform for actual purchases of airfare.

  • Destination guides: travel content including popular routes, things to do, best time to visit, etc.

  • Travel deals & last-minute offers: curated flight deals, seasonal deals, price alerts.

  • Auxiliary travel services: hotels, tours, airport transfers, travel insurance, travel SIM cards etc. with our partners platforms.

  • Customer support: assistance via email or other channels for questions, feedback, or issues related to the Service.

4. Bookings & payments

  • All flight bookings are ultimately completed via third-party booking partners (white-label partner, airline, OTA) — the actual payment, ticket issuance, cancellation/ refund policies are governed by that partner.

  • We do not store or process payment card data; payment information is handled by the partner at checkout.

  • Prices displayed on SkylineBookings.com are indicative and may change due to exchange rates, taxes, seat availability, fuel surcharges, or other fees applied by partner providers.

5. Accuracy & availability

While we strive for accuracy of all flight schedules, pricing, availability, images, content and data, errors may occur. We cannot guarantee that information (prices, schedules, images) is error-free or complete.

We reserve the right to correct, update or remove any content that is incorrect or outdated at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee that any particular flight, route, or deal will be available at the time you attempt to book.

6. Affiliate disclosures

We earn commissions from bookings made through links on SkylineBookings. This does not increase the price you pay. Affiliate relationships include Travelpayouts and other partners. We may display sponsored content, offers or promoted listings.

7. User content & conduct

If you submit content (comments, user reviews, forum posts, feedback), you guarantee it is not defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise unlawful. By submitting you grant us the right to use, display, distribute, and adapt your submitted content globally, royalty-free and non-exclusive. We may moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Illegal or unauthorized purposes; violating laws or infringing rights.

  • Posting spam, viruses, malware or harmful code.

  • Interfering with the operation or security of the Service.

  • Using data scraped or harvested from the site for commercial or competitive purposes without permission.

  • We are not responsible for inaccuracies, booking failures, delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport services).

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkylineBookings, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages;

  • Any loss of profit, revenue, data or business interruption;

  • Any errors in listings, pricing or availability. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you actually paid (if any) to SkylineBookings directly in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SkylineBookings, its employees, agents, partners from any claims, liabilities, damages or expenses (legal fees, etc.) arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse.  All provisions which by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will remain in effect after termination.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India - Delhi jurisdiction.  Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi. 

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version you see by date is the active one. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
